شِفت (SHIFT AI & Automation) منصّة لتشغيل واتساب الأعمال بالذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة، مصمَّمة للأنشطة المحلّية.
ماذا تفعل شِفت
نساعد الأنشطة التجارية على إدارة تواصلها عبر واتساب: أتمتة سير العمل، إدارة صندوق الوارد والمحادثات، وتمكين الفرق من التعامل مع العملاء بكفاءة أعلى.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الملفّ التعريفي للنشاط التجاري.
- معلومات حسابات الموظفين.
- بيانات رسائل واتساب الوصفية ومحتوى الرسائل.
- معلومات التواصل الخاصة بالعملاء.
- سجلّات استخدام الخدمة.

- لتقديم أتمتة واتساب والمزايا المرتبطة بالمنصّة.
- لإدارة صناديق الوارد والرسائل والمحادثات الخاصة بنشاطك.

بيانات واتساب / Meta
تُعالَج البيانات المرتبطة بواتساب فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمات لحساب النشاط التجاري المرتبط بشِفت.
محادثتك مع كرم، مساعد شِفت على واتساب
الردود على رقم واتساب شِفت (+962 7 7678 8972) يكتبها كرم، وهو مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي، ويمكنك طلب التحدث مع شخص من فريق شِفت في أي وقت.
- يُرسَل نص رسائلك إلى Google (نماذج Gemini) لكتابة الرد، ويُحفَظ مع المحادثة في قاعدة بيانات شِفت.
- نحفظ المعلومات التي تكتبها بنفسك، مثل اسمك واسم منشأتك وقطاعها وما تحتاجه والوقت المناسب للتواصل، ليتابع معك فريق شِفت.
- يطّلع فريق شِفت على المحادثة ليرد عليك أو يتابع طلبك.
- يمكنك إيقاف المتابعة بكتابة «إيقاف»، وطلب حذف بياناتك من صفحة طلب حذف البيانات.
ملفات القياس والإعلانات
يستخدم موقع shifts-ai.com أداتَي قياس هما Meta Pixel وGoogle Analytics (ومعها قياس تحويلات Google Ads) لنعرف أي الإعلانات والصفحات تجلب الزوّار، وكم منهم يضغط زر التواصل عبر واتساب. تسجّل هذه الأدوات معلومات مثل الصفحة المعروضة، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفّح، ومصدر الزيارة، والنقرات على أزرار الموقع، وقد تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies).
لا نرسل إلى هذه الأدوات اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو نص رسالتك. ما تكتبه في نموذج التواصل يبقى في متصفّحك حتى تضغط الزر، ثم ينتقل إلى واتساب لتراجعه وترسله بنفسك. يحفظ الموقع اختياراتك (القطاع واللغة ومصدر الإعلان) في متصفّحك لمدة أقصاها 30 يومًا.
يمكنك حظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط من إعدادات متصفّحك، أو إدارة الإعلانات من تفضيلات إعلانات Meta ومركز إعلاناتي في Google، أو إيقاف Google Analytics عبر إضافة المتصفّح الرسمية.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. قد نشارك البيانات مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين فقط عند الحاجة لتشغيل المنصّة وتأمينها ودعمها.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دامت لازمة لتقديم الخدمات وللوفاء بالمتطلّبات القانونية والتشغيلية والأمنية.
الأمان
نطبّق ضوابط إدارية وتقنية معقولة لحماية البيانات، بما فيها التعامل الآمن مع رموز الوصول وضوابط الصلاحيات.

We help businesses operate their WhatsApp communications by automating workflows, supporting inbox and conversation management, and enabling teams to handle customer interactions more efficiently.
Information we collect
- Business profile information.
- Staff account information.
- WhatsApp message metadata and message content.

How we use information
- To provide WhatsApp automation and connected platform features.
- To manage inboxes, messages, and conversations for your business.

WhatsApp / Meta data
WhatsApp-related data is processed only as needed to deliver services for the business account connected to SHIFT.
Your chat with Karam, SHIFT's WhatsApp assistant
Replies on SHIFT's WhatsApp number (+962 7 7678 8972) are written by Karam, an AI assistant, and you can ask for a person from the SHIFT team at any time.
- The text of your messages is sent to Google (Gemini models) to write the reply, and it is stored with the conversation in SHIFT's database.
- We keep the details you type yourself, such as your name, your business name and sector, what you need and a good time to talk, so the SHIFT team can follow up.
- SHIFT staff can read the conversation to reply to you or follow up on your request.
- You can stop follow-ups by writing "stop", and ask for your data to be deleted on the Data Deletion Request page.
Measurement and advertising tools
shifts-ai.com uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (with Google Ads conversion measurement) to understand which ads and pages bring visitors and how many of them tap the WhatsApp contact button. These tools record information such as the page viewed, device and browser type, where the visit came from, and clicks on the site's buttons, and they may use cookies.
We do not send your name, phone number or message text to these tools. What you type in the contact form stays in your browser until you tap the button, then opens in WhatsApp for you to review and send yourself. The site keeps your choices (sector, language, and the ad you came from) in your browser for up to 30 days.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or manage ads through Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center, or turn off Google Analytics with the official browser add-on.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers only when required to operate, secure, and support the platform.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, operational, and security requirements.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, including secure handling of tokens and access controls.
User and business rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of relevant data, subject to applicable legal requirements. See the Data Deletion Request page.
